We offer a 4 week health guarantee after purchase. Baby bearded dragons will be approximately 6-7 inches in length when listed for sale, unless otherwise noted. All dragons for sale are guaranteed to be healthy, established eaters. It is common for dragons to have decreased appetites during the first few days after arriving at their home. They will need time to adjust. If they continue to refuse eating, please contact us right away.

Although we try our best to sex our beardies, we do not guarantee the gender.

We promise to be there for the lifetime of your beardie. Any concerns or questions you may have, please direct them to our attention. No questions is a silly question and we will always try to answer them to the best of our abilities.

A 50% deposit is required to hold a dragon, unless otherwise noted and agreed upon between the seller and RHCD. Pick order of dragons is first come first serve. We cannot promise the availability of a dragon unless a hold is deposited.

We accept most of our payments through EMT (email money transfer) made to redhotchilidragons@gmail.com. We accept all forms of payment through Paypal. You do not need a paypal account to send money through paypal if using a credit card. We do NOT accept cashiers/bank checks.

All dragons plus shipping fee must be prepaid before shipping.

We do all our shipping through Reptile Express . We have shipped with them for the last 5 years and have had 100% live arrival. We are confident that all our success rate will continue.

We are excited to announce that through our long term partnership we are able to offer a low flatrate shipping starting at $60.

Shipments can be made every Monday-Wednesday for next day delivery to your door or closest Fedex hub.

We guarantee the live arrival of your animal and will refund your purchase with credit for another animal under the circumstance that you are home and available to accept the package at the door. If you aren’t available for delivery of the shipment for any reason – we cannot uphold the shipping guarantee. You will be provided with a tracking number to stay updated of the shipment’s whereabouts.

We do not refund shipping charges.

Shipping is also available through Westjet and AC Cargo but we cannot guarantee live arrival with these shipping methods.
